Warranty and Return Policy

Life of Ownership Warranty Coverage:

ClearMask warrants that Paint Protection films sold by ClearMask Protective films LP will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser maintains ownership of the vehicle.

Important Notice: ClearMask Protective Films LP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. User is responsible for determining whether ClearMask paint protection film is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user's method of application.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability: If ClearMask paint protection film is proved to be defective. THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AT ClearMask's OPTION, SHALL BE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE ClearMask PRODUCT. ClearMask shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including, but nnot limited to, contract, negligence, warranty, or strict liability.

Dealer Applicator Warranties: Many Dealer Applicator's of paint protection film products offer extended warranties on their own, covering the value of the application performed. The dealer applicator is responsible for the costs of any extra warranties or remedies beyond those described herein.

Care and Maintenance: For maximum performance of ClearMask Paint Protection Films it is recommended that frequent washings and care consistent with automobile manufacturer's recommendations for surfaces be used. A regular application of high quality automotive wax (without abrasive compounds) will help retain the luster and performance of ClearMask paint protection films.

Return Policy

We will return your money (UP TO 30 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE) if for any reason you decide after receiving your kit that you do not want to attempt installation. However, each kit is individually cut to order for your specific vehicle and if kit parts are removed from the protective liner we cannot take the kit back as it can not be resold. All returns are subject to a 20% handling and re-stocking fee.
